PPF shop warranty
Accidental damage coverage and complimentary preservation wash
Two-panel limit confirmed September 27, 2026. Other terms follow the June 1, 2025 shop warranty.
Warranty duration
The shop warranty is valid for the entire duration of the product warranty:
- Protect: 3 years.
- Preserve+ and Colored PPF: 5 years.
- Radiance: 7 years.
Accidental damage coverage
Covers accidental external damage such as light scratches, minor impact marks and surface defects caused by unforeseen incidents. Collision damage and negligence are excluded.
Up to 2 panels — all PPF productsThe same replacement limit applies to Protect, Preserve+, Radiance, Colored PPF and all finishes.
Coverage is valid only once per affected panel and only within the warranty period.
Complimentary preservation wash
- One complimentary preservation wash per year during the warranty period.
- At least 6 months must have passed since the last maintenance wash.
- Redeemable only at the authorized shop that installed the film.
The wash helps maintain PPF clarity and adhesion.
Claim process
- Provide the official receipt or warranty card.
- Submit clear photos of the damage for initial assessment.
- Have the vehicle inspected by the installing shop or its authorized delegate.
- The shop determines eligibility for free panel replacement.
Services only; no cash refunds.
The shop warranty is non-transferable and tied to the original buyer and vehicle.
