01Manufacturing flaws: Coverage applies to the specified film defects caused by manufacturing flaws.
02Inspection required: Your primary installer or an authorized delegate must inspect the vehicle.
03Services only: The provider chooses repair or replacement. No financial compensation.

Covered defects

Bubbling due to manufacturing flaws.
Yellowing due to manufacturing flaws.

Excluded damage

Damage from improper maintenance or abrasive cleaning.
Issues caused by aftermarket chemicals or products.
Normal wear and tear, including edge lifting from daily use or external factors.
Scratches, dents, chips and other impact-related damage.

How to make a claim.

Prepare your documents
Provide the original purchase receipt and any relevant supporting documentation.
Arrange an inspection
The primary installer or an authorized delegate must inspect the vehicle.
Review the outcome
Coverage may be prorated based on time since installation. The warranty provider decides whether to repair or replace the affected film.

Repair or replacement

Remedies are limited to repairing or replacing the flawed PPF segment, at the warranty provider’s discretion.
No financial compensation is provided; remedies are restricted to services.

Original buyer & vehicle

The warranty applies only to the original buyer and the vehicle on which the PPF was first installed.
It is non-transferable.

Policy limitations

The supplied policy states that it supersedes all other warranties, whether explicitly stated or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
