- The same limit applies to Protect, Preserve+, Radiance, Colored PPF and all finishes.
- 1×Per affected panel
- Coverage is valid once per affected panel, within the warranty period.
- 1Complimentary wash / year
- Subject to the six-month interval and installing-shop conditions below.

The shop warranty follows the full product warranty period.
Eligible accidental damage
- Light scratches from accidental external damage.
- Minor impact marks from unforeseen incidents.
- Surface defects caused by unforeseen incidents.
- Eligibility for free panel replacement is determined by the shop after inspection.
Excluded from this coverage
- Collision damage.
- Damage caused by negligence.
- Claims outside the product warranty period.
- Repeat coverage for an affected panel already covered once.

How to make a claim.
Send proof & photos
Provide the official receipt or warranty card, plus clear photos of the damage for initial assessment.
Have the vehicle inspected
An inspection by the installing shop or an authorized delegate is required.
Confirm eligibility
The shop decides eligibility for free panel replacement. Remedies are services only; no cash refunds.

Complimentary preservation wash
- One complimentary preservation wash may be used once a year during the product warranty period.
- At least 6 months must have passed since the last maintenance wash.
- Redeemable only at the authorized shop that installed the film.
- The wash is intended to help maintain PPF clarity and adhesion.
Valid with your product warranty
- Shop warranty coverage runs for the entire duration of the product warranty.
- The replacement allowance is up to 2 panels in total for all PPF products and finishes, not an annual allowance. Coverage applies once per affected panel, within that warranty period.
Original buyer & vehicle
- The shop warranty is non-transferable and tied to the original buyer and vehicle.
- Services only; no cash refunds.
