Arrive ready.
A little preparation for your next, better-protected drive.
- BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Clean & clear
Wash the vehicle and remove your belongings.
- AT THE SHOP
Assess & confirm
Discuss old tint, defogger lines and the schedule.
- BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Know your aftercare
Ask your installer to walk you through the care guide.
Ready for installation.
Arrive on time
Let the shop know if your plans change. Stay available during installation so delays do not affect the next appointment.
Wash your vehicle
Bring a clean vehicle to help the installer prepare the glass.
Clear personal items
Remove belongings from the work area before handing over your vehicle.
Check existing tint
Have old film and rear-window defogger lines assessed before removal. Removing aged film can damage the defogger; discuss the risks and removal arrangements with the shop.
Discuss electrical concerns
Installation uses water and baby shampoo. Tell your installer about wiring or electrical concerns; moisture can cause electrical faults despite precautions.
Know where the film goes
Tint is applied to the inside of the window glass. Watermark spacing and cutting adjustments mean the watermark may not appear on every panel.
