Website privacy notice
Updated 7 October 2026
This notice explains the information used when you browse xfilmsph.com, request a quote or apply to become an affiliate. For questions or requests about your information, contact .
Optional website analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics,” we load Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed and clicks on quote, Messenger and installer links. Google Analytics uses cookies and device/browser information to produce reports about visits and interactions. It may derive approximate location from your connection; we do not send the installer map’s precise location to Analytics.
We do not send the names, phone numbers, email addresses, application files or quote messages entered in our forms to Google Analytics. Our tracking excludes URL query strings and fragments from the page addresses and referral addresses it sends. Automatic enhanced measurement and advertising personalization are disabled for this setup.
Google processes analytics information under its own policies. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Cookies and your choice
You can decline analytics and still use the website. Open “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Declining stops this website’s Google Analytics tracking and removes the Analytics cookies set by this integration where the browser permits.
Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days, renewed on visits; your browser may shorten that period. Your analytics choice is stored in this browser until you change it or clear the website’s stored data. This preference does not identify you by name. Clearing it makes the consent prompt appear again.
Quotes and affiliate applications
The vehicle quote tool prepares the information you enter so you can copy it into Messenger. You choose whether to send the message. Information you send through Facebook, email or phone is handled through that channel to respond to your inquiry.
When you submit an affiliate application online, your application details and attachments are processed through Google Apps Script and emailed to X-Films Philippines for review. These form entries are separate from website analytics. Contact us to ask about access, corrections or deletion of information you have provided.
Other services on the website
Our hosting service processes web requests to deliver and protect the website. The installer map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap, and video playback connects to YouTube. These services receive connection information when their content loads and handle it under their own policies. If you allow location access in the installer map, your browser’s location is used to find nearby installers.
